Your digital gift voucher is delivered by email with a unique code that can be used at checkout on the Copper Rainbow website.

The recipient can use their digital voucher towards any eligible Copper Rainbow purchase and can use it over more than one order if there is a remaining balance.

• Where can it be used?
Gift vouchers can be redeemed online at copperrainbow.com only.

• What can it be used for?
Gift vouchers can be used towards all  Copper Rainbow jewellery and accessories available on the website.

• Can it be used more than once?
Yes. If the full voucher value isn't used in one order, the remaining balance can be used on a future purchase before the voucher expires.

• Can I use it with a discount code?
No, gift vouchers are not valid alongside other discount codes but can be used on general sale items.

• Can I exchange it for cash?
No. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

• Can I use a gift voucher to buy another gift voucher?
No. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.

• What happens if I spend more than the voucher value?
You can simply pay the remaining balance using another available payment method at checkout.

• Does it expire?
Gift vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be stated in the gift voucher email.

• Can it be transferred to someone else?
Yes. Gift vouchers are intended to be gifted and may be passed to another person.

• What if I lose my voucher?
Please keep your gift voucher email and unique code safe. If you lose access to your voucher, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

• Can a gift voucher be refunded?
Gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
